Sue's Yummy Raclette Lunch!!!

We had an amazing lunch meeting today at Sue's home.

Most of us have never had Raclette before...

As Sue put it, its fondu without the oil. You would grill your own

meat and veggies while your cheese melts in your own dish below

when it is all done to perfection, you'd place your ingredients on bread

and enjoy!

Record Breaking Shopping Trip!

On June 26th, 2010 our day starts at Debbie's Lake Steven's house with a yummy breakfast and a meeting. (Debbie is on the right discussing various aspects of our trip with Maureen and Sue ).

The Team Leader for GSE Team India gives good advice at our meeting and Will (in the back) soaks it all in.

So much to consider for our Trip to Ireland....pictures for presentation, what to wear, where to get outfits.... we decided to just go shopping ... YIPPEEE!!!

Our first stop is at Eddie Bauer at the Outlets.

Our power shopping proved to be successful - we broke the record for a single purchase at Eddie Bauer's Outlet store!!!
